1.How do I prove my pet is an emotional support animal?

To qualify for an ESA you need an ESA letter. An ESA letter is a letter recommending an emotional support animal for a mental health condition that is signed by a licensed therapist, social worker or doctor.

2.Can I bring my emotional support animal to a no-pets venue?

Unfortunately no, ESAs only have housing rights. They are allowed to live in no-pets buildings free of charge and are exempt from breed and weight restrictions. They do not however have ADA public access rights.
