Experience

Lisa Jo Rudy has been writing on developmental disabilities and mental health since the early 2000s, when her son was diagnosed with autism. Since then, she has written on topics ranging from health and science to home improvement, pet care, culture, and conservation.

Lisa lives on Cape Cod, where she is the proud "mom" of two beautiful cats and enjoys the natural beauty of the local woods, lakes, and beaches.

Education

Lisa Jo Rudy received her B.A. in Humanities with Honors, from Wesleyan University in 1981. She went on to receive a Masters of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School in 1984.
